I have been there, I know how hard it can be. You set a goal for yourself. You do everything you think you are supposed to do and then, nothing. It’s frustrating and it can make you lose hope. 

It wasn’t until I started studying the Cycle of Mind that I realized how I could change those feelings of defeat. How I could make attainable goals and feel happiness and joy in my life.
